Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jljl90 ("jljl90," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jljl90 website located at https://jljl90.app, the jljl90 mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the jljl90 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jljl90 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jljl90 or any applicable regulatory authority.

jljl90 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jljl90 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jljl90 Platform . The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, please contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jljl90 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jljl90 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jljl90 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name)

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jljl90 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jljl90 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local payment channels as updated from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction within the Platform cashier.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. jljl90 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but jljl90 endeavors to process approved withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours of approval.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the jljl90 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jljl90 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User are the sole responsibility of the User.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jljl90 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. jljl90 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jljl90 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if we reasonably determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit promotions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

jljl90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively affected by such changes unless required by applicable law or regulation.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All games on the jljl90 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by the Player or by jljl90. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jljl90 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the Players' accounts. jljl90 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. The decision of jljl90 in relation to any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory review.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform and are displayed within each game interface. jljl90 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl90 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jljl90 staff or other users

Intellectual Property

All content on the jljl90 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of jljl90 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jljl90.

The jljl90 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jljl90. Unauthorized use of any jljl90 trademark is strictly prohibited.

jljl90's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljl90 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl90 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your jljl90 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by jljl90

jljl90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, jljl90 may forfeit any balance in the account.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jljl90 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jljl90 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations may apply to certain aspects of the Platform's operation and that PAGCOR may serve as a regulatory escalation point for unresolved disputes.

Amendments

jljl90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jljl90 will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
